The following terms and conditions apply to all membership packages offered by badkity.com. In placing an order for a membership package on Badkity.com, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
Badkity.com is a fetish based advertising directory. All payments made to Badkity.com are for membership services, which include varied features depending on the selected membership package. Memberships run for a minimum of 30 days from when the membership package is active. Membership packages can automatically renew if selected.
Our membership packages are listed at: https://www.badkity.com/memberships and outline all of our available membership packages that are available with the associated cost.
Badkity.com is an advertising platform, all session providers who advertise their services on badkity.com do so of their own free will. Badkity.com and the advertiser are totally independent of each other. We do not do accept profiles or payments from advertisers who offer sexual services.
All payments made to badkity.com in relation to memberships must be made in advance of the selected package being made active on the website.
We accept payment via credit cards on our secure online payment page. We are unable to accept payments over the telephone or by any other medium. Payments for membership packages can be made 24/7 on our website via our third party payment provider.
In an instance where badkity.com has received a notification from its merchant account provider that a payment made by the advertiser has been subject to a chargeback claim;
The membership package will be cancelled without notice. No further advertising services will be provided to the advertiser until the membership package selected has been paid in full. The advertisers profile will be downgraded to a basic membership plan.
The contract between badkity.com and the advertiser will become legally binding when a payment has been submitted by the advertiser, and these terms have been accepted (by ticking the appropriate checkbox, " I agree to the refund and cancellation policy").
Each of the membership packages offered by badkity.com are for a set price and for a minimum of 30 days. Membership packages can be set to automatically renew until such times as the advertiser cancels their membership package.
Once the consecutive period or 30 days has concluded or the advertiser cancels their membership packages. Their profile on badkity.com will be automatically downgraded to a Basic membership.
The advertiser has the right to cancel their membership package at any stage without notice. All membership packages are not subject to contract. At anytime, the advertiser can cancel their membership by logging into their dashboard, selected their membership plan and clicking cancel. There are no refunds on membership packages that have been made live on badkity.com. Once a membership package has been cancelled, no future payments will be charged.
Badkity.com will make every effort to ensure that the website operates with an uptime of at least 99% but we cannot be held responsible if this is changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our web hosting is reliable.
In the event that badkity.com is offline for more than 50% of the month, then a full refund will be offered within 28 days for any remaining days of your membership package.
For example: if you purchased a Top Kity 3 month membership package at £100 and badkity was offline for 15 days, you would receive a refund for 1 full month which would total £33.
No refunds are available for any other reason, once an advertisement has been made active, it will commence for the set number of consecutive days. You can stop/cancel your membership package or hide your profile at any stage, but no refund would be offered.
Having informed the advertiser about the prices, terms and conditions of our products and this being accepted by the advertiser upon purchase, we inform that each claim will be evaluated individually before issuing a refund.
To request a refund, the advertiser can contact sara@badkity.com. Once a refund is confirmed, it will be effective on the card used in the initial purchase (not by other methods) within a maximum period of 10 business days.
The advertiser agrees that they are solely responsible for the management of their own Account and that they may only create one account on badkity.com.
Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or be made available to any 3rd parties under any circumstances. The advertiser agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions and terms of service set out by badkity.com. In the event that the policies are not adhered to, badkity.com reserves the right to suspend the advertisers profile, which includes restricting all future advertising, no refund, and the refusal to accept future advertisements.
