(You may blank out only your address) *Never saved, always kept confidential. Confidentiality is one of my main priorities and I expect the same from you.

-50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee is Required before I put you into my schedule. This WILL be deducted from the total session donation. **This is NOT a deposit. This is a booking fee to hold time in my schedule for you weather you show up or not. This cuts down on cancelations and flakes! As stated above, Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance UNLESS I have to cancel on you for any reason. That is the ONLY time a booking fee would be returned.

-The Remaining Balance Must be Paid Via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle upfront at the session start time!
