Just a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, or whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as you're dressed and it's clean. Don't forget to shower before you come. If you have any injuries, infections or skin conditions, please cover them up as much as possible ! 

Venue hire and travel costs are at your expense in addition to the service, unless it is an advertised trip.
